With experience of editing texts from many different subject areas I can tailor my knowledge to the work in hand. The subject areas in which I specialise include the humanities, sociology and the social sciences, business, market research and journalism, but I am able to undertake work in any non-technical field. I have access to a wide range of different language tools and dictionaries and am aware of the subtle nuances that exist within texts.
I have experience of editing many different types of document for different audiences, from academic theses to corporate self-assessment reports, and from marketing materials to computer game copy and song lyrics.
I am able to edit work in Microsoft Word using "Track Changes", Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
Most importantly, all of my work is done on time and to an excellent standard.
